Recently I finally completed my SKCM Blue ALPS Build, but the switches were in pretty bad shape.
It would be interesting comparing used Blue ALPS with NOS White ALPS.

If you clean the switches the best you can then replace the top housing then they should turn out really well.

I desoldered the switches. Gave them a denture tab bath. Lubed the stems with some dry Teflon lube.
Never realized that replacing the top housing improves ALPS switches.
Maybe I'll give that a try at one point.
What's the reasoning in that? Maybe the sliders don't slide that well in some old housing worn out by dust?

Replace the click leaf from a Matias one. Matias click leaves are almost identical and a worn out click leaf adds a lot of scratch to a switch (Restoring an extremely worn out and dirty Pine White Alps board right now and can confirm with a few loose switches I've modded.

Also I've found out that the WD40 Specialist dry PTFE works better than the Dupont stuff.

Hi! I'm currently preparing an invoice by hand.

I also need to order boxes and prepare subdivisions. Shipment will end before Christmas. Please wait!

My R2 switches arrived today

Mine were delivered two days ago, just picked them up from my post office. Thanks for organising the group buy .

As a side note, does the korean postal service not offer printable shipping labels for consumers? Writing all by hand seems tedious.

Did you actually get a response from lsoelxi?
My emails haven't been getting responded to.

He did respond to me, we exchanged a few emails.
He said he is sorry for the lost package and that he is gonna ship a new package with some spare switches that he had left.
Last I heard from him was on 27th of February, he said that he's very busy and that he'll send me the photo confirmation of a replacement package sent to me.

I decided to contact him, since it has been over a month since we heard from each other.
To my surprise I got an email back with a picture of my package. So hopefully I'll get one soon in the mail.
