This poll is about cylindrical key caps for Cherry switches!

In this group buy, Standard kits should be available as a complete kit or in parts, containing:
- 1 unit keys for 10-key less boards,
- numpad keys,
- function keys,
- modifiers,
- return keys (m, J, L),
- space bars (6.25, 7, etc.).

In addition, there will be at least the following national layouts available:
AT, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, IT, NO, SE, SI, Colemak, Dvorak, Mac, Win, ...

If you don't find your dream color, please suggest what you would like ...

In the poll-options, the first color is for the text and the 2nd for the key. The color-codes are not fixed.

The options for text are:
- centered, ALL CAPS
- centered, Camel Case
- convetional (off-center, top left, Camel Case)

I will set up a poll for ALL CAPS vs. Camel Case, once I know which colors to use.

Im definitely very interested. Any rough idea on pricing?
I need to think about the colors, but this is a prime chance for some funky colors. yay.
My first vote goes to black writing on orange keys to match my GH key.

A Standard kit will be around $50. If it comes to around 200 units as in Round 3, It will be $40 again.

Not sure if I'll get these too, but I voted so they will fun to mix and match with the red alert set. White on red, or green on white. I also did black on white because I think that might be cool to have too. Also would be nice if the green is picked to match the Vim esc keys.

The green will be most likely match the Vim key.

How big will the legends be (centered)? Something like this?:

Because I like small legends much more.

Centered: yes
Off-center (conventional): no, smaller.

But I can set up a poll on actual sizes later.

^^^ Bäh!

This looks really sexy!

If at all, the yellow on gray looks great. I will add that to the list of possible color schemes.

Yes, shipping will be worldwide.

However, this group buy will not start before the current Geekhack round 3 group buy has shipped.

Excellent to hear, and waiting until after Round 3 is complete is absolutely fair.

Bump!

Because Round 3 stuff starts to ship in a few days, I want to bring this up again.

Round 4 will start immediately after the majority of Round 3 key caps have shipped, which will be at end of June.

Please post you ideas of what you would like to have here, or set up your own thread.

How the blue on white keys will look like?
In my opinion this "light blue?" on white would be nice.
Like here: http://qq.a.5d6d.com/userdirs/c/4/kbc/a ... 4a2662.jpg

I would buy: :D
Black .. on White ........ (NN or GX/WA) ... (conventional text)
Red .... on White ......... (RA/WA) ........ (conventional text)
Blue ... on White ......... (BO/WA) ........ (conventional text
Gray ... on Black ......... (??/NN) ........ (conventional text)
Full DE-Layout!
And maybe 1-2 US-Layouts. :P
