Well, you have to understand that 7bit has had these (phase 2) keycaps in his possession since late November. Shipments to buyers have not been "flying out the door" until very recently. Last year when phase 1 was going out, the shipments were going out in a steady stream from about mid-December onwards. That hasn't been the case with phase 2, and that had people (like me) frustrated and concerned.

Sure, it's nice--and somewhat comforting--to see shipments going out more frequently now, but I would submit that shipments will still only "fly out the door" in spasms (unlike last year) due to the weak cash flow 7bit is sort of struggling with this time around.

I know, was kidding, hence the green face. I have an Angel sitting on one shoulder but it's the other shoulder that's the problem.

Why not buying it now? There are still 2 Hyper7 base kit left and 3 Hyper7 POS kit left. And they are there ready to ship.
Waiting for Round 7 means waiting for at least 1.5 to 2 more years and many more uncertainty and probability of accidents for some extra delay.
