I did on 24 Oct and there wasn't any info in the message 7bot sent.

twice more i tried on 29 Oct and today on 2 Nov. did not receive an email from 7bot at all. :?

7bit,

I have sent 2 PM's in march and july w.r.t. to a missing item in the shipnent but I have had no response.

I hope you can resolve this issue with me. I suggest:
- either send the missing item
- or discuss an equivalent replacement
- or refund half the order (its 2 full keyboards) for EUR 133,77 and I will mail back the remaining items for the second keyboard.

The order is 0950 and it was missing 1 of these 2 items:

HONEYB/TKLBASE/VIOLETT|TKL base violett kit

If you do not respond within 5 days I will file at your local court.

Not at all, there were at least other sized labelled "tab" key in Round6 (if not alternate profiled) I have a grey R2 1U tab key here.

Sure, but 99.9% of the time, when someone doesn't explicitly specify otherwise, I'd say the normal TAB keycap can be safely assumed.

I paid the invoice (bank transfer) about a week ago and still got a mail-reminder yesterday. Is that to be expected? Doesn't the bot correlate bank transfers to orders? How do i know the payment has been received?

It depends on what the mail reminder says. Mine says my payment was recieved and something very special reading the lines carefully.

I believe the way 7bit prefers to handle this is for you to send a MISSING message to the 7bot with the key that is missing (e.g., MISSING SYMBOLS/R1/RED/IV).

Those little differences in pricing are because of USD-EUR conversion rates between when you made the payment and when it's collected. WASSUP is working for me.

Hello 7Bit. Would be great if you can process the full refund of order #1360 that was sent in July. I still haven't received the package and the R6 Leftovers doesn't have the keycaps I wanted. Would be great if you can acknowledge that. Also, latest invoice after WASSUP shows $16 as balance. How should I send a request to get refund of that amount as well as that of the lost package?
