German Typewriter Proxying

I found a typewriter that I am looking to buy; it's only 15 euros, however shipping it overseas to the states may be a very big challenge for my wallet. If anyone is willing to help in this endeavor, please let me know.

More importantly, what would a rough estimate on shipping be? If necessary, the keyboard can be extracted and the typewriter portion discarded

I did a rough estimate, and it should be around 350 euros, awesome... Quite bummed that I can't get this typewriter

but for your information rough DHL quotes for tracked + insured shipping from Germany to the US are:
up to 2 kg and 60cm x 30cm x 15cm: 20 euros
up to 5 kg and 120cm x 60cm x 60cm: 35 euros
up to 10 kg and 120cm x 60cm x 60cm: 50 euros
up to 20 kg and 120cm x 60cm x 60cm: 70 euros
up to 31.5 kg and 120cm x 60cm x 60cm: 95 euros

That's not as bad I was expecting, and would be willing to pay that. Now the only issue would be to find a proxy. The typewriter weighs roughly 15kg.
