My camera isn't good for macro shots, but my eyes are still good enough - yes, that's "ALPS" on the bottom. Left upper corner is marked with a B in a ring, right upper corner with an E, if that's of any importance.

White Alps aren't too great, frankly (they 'resist' pushing if not from exactly above) - but the keycaps seem valuable.

So far as I can tell, with Ortek: SX = Alps, FX = clone

I looked at the reference for the T5 page — the keyboard depicted is an FX, although the FCC ID is SX. I've updated the wiki to reflect the fact that the reference only covers the FX, which fits the expected pattern.

The writing and branding on the switch in the photo looks odd though — might be a Korean or Taiwanese batch.

Thinking about selling on my RARE as hell Schlumburger G80-1246. Since this is the only one I have ever seen anywhere I am not really sure where I should be pricing it at...
it's this
Image
plate mounted blacks in a matrix board with very rare layout legends doubleshots and a few pad printed. Overall in excellent condition for something from around 1985, has some mild yellowing especially on casebody. Has a 15 pin parallel connector though...

Tough one, it's that awkward combination of really rare but pretty undesirable...€150 or something? Might be something Sixty or another Cherry collector would want I'd guess as I can't really see it being something that someone will want to convert and use.

It's a model F. So I guess is more expensive.

Model F-122 They're not uncommon in the US, but very hard to find in Europe (not sought after that much either though).

US: They go for about $100-$150 on ebay in good condition and with nothing missing.
Europe (if you are in Europe): Don't know, maybe $50-$70 more, if you find someone who really wants it.
Other parts of the world: no idea...

You sure these are Alps switches? Look like clones to me (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). Alps sliders have a slightly different form, not a plain rectangle like these. Maybe KPT?

It's a "Wide numbering"–type [wiki]KPT-like switch[/wiki]. The wiki page has references to two other variants, both with different typefaces for the mould numbering and both with different slider colours.

Currently there are no photos posted to the wiki of the switches, hence nothing on the recognition page. Photo comparisons of the internals are never going to happen.

I wasn't sure those are ALPS, that's why I was asking (everyone was saying blue alps = $$$). Your link and Daniel's confirmed they're not so there's not much point in price checking this. Funny thing is that this is best alps or alps clone keyboard I've had so far (a much nicer feeling and click compared to a mx blue or black alps from a dell at101).

Definitely time to document it then.

blue Alps do not necessarily have to be expensive gogusrl! I remember seeing keyboards on ebay that sold for around € 10 that looked like filfthy trash with blue Alps. It can help to check our wiki what kind of alps switch it is. Those look like KPT to me. The slider looks thinner from the top. It could still be a nice board.

I have this near mint G80-1000HFD(got it NiB), and the only mods I've done on it are clipping the stabs and swapping out the blue stems with blacks. How much can I sell it for?

Hey guys, I've got two Model Ms and a couple of Fujitsu Peerless boards. The Model Ms are DIN-5 terminal boards (1390876), one Fujitsu Peerless is PS/2 and the other is DIN-5. All keycaps are present. Any idea on the values of these?

Very good. It is so good that when I went to bold-mod it and I saw this shiny and brilliant golden metal plate with only 5 broken rivets I decided not to do it. No broken case. Original IBM black cable. All keys working.

I will post pictures tomorrow with day light.

EDIT: I could not resit to post something today

I can confirm that it works as an AT (ps2) keyboard.

Hi
Thanks very much for your very kind offer.
I'm starting to get interested in the clicky keyboard - all very interesting
Rifling through the cupboards I have found a datacomp FK102 keyboard
From this website I can see that It is described as Alps SKCM Blue keyboard

Not sure whether to sell -in which case I would like to check that it works.
Guidance on price would be fantastic.
A pointer to an idiots guide to getting a DIN5 plug keyboard to work on a modern' USB driven' PC would also be great
