Not very much unfortunately. They are the most common MX switch.

If I needed any black switches (and I don't, because I have tons), I would just buy any old used Cherry MX keyboard and desolder them for under 15€ total. (That's just under 12 pounds)

How much would 100-ish orange alps switches go for?

You can always buy a G80-1800 from cumb.de for 3 euros...

Exactly, zuglufttier. I did that too many times. I have so many 1800 cases and PCBs it's not even funny....

I have one, too. I don't even like MX blacks. But it's OK for work because it's not too noisy ;)

You can change the switches on that really easily. Open them up and you can change the springs and stems to make blue, clear, brown switches...

Highly unlikely. It's probably just a mistake in their system.
I must've bought more than five G80 1800s from them, and they were all white/beige, with one exception, when I specifically asked for a black one.

But you shouldn't buy them for the cases anyway. They are all scratched, dirty and/or yellowed usually.

Anyone tried to take one of those cases, clean it up a bit and throw a fresh coat of paint or some hydro-dipping ?

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Bad info about case is quite useful & hurt me :(

Yeah I also plastidipped two G80 1800s cases. The first attempt turned out horrible. The second was decent, but the stuff doesn't last forever. Don't recommend it 100%

That's reasonable for one in good condition, but that one doesn't appear to be.

Sure? How do you suppose that?

Is that cherry 3700 (from same seller/40€) also in not that great condition?

The price for the F122 seems fair enough. Chryos is probably referring to the missing Enter key, which I don't think is a big deal if you can easily get another one. Looks completely okay to me otherwise.

okay, thanks! I assume the cherry numpad is fine as well?

how much should I look to pay for an ISO-UK, black, dell at102w? one has just popped up on ebay

I don't know how black ones go, but it is over the price for the beige one already. I am interested in a black dell myself but even the starting price was too high for me.

I guess the blacks are worth more than the beige ones (at least it seems so from finished auctions) but even so I wouldn't pay more than $40 or so for a nice one. IMO, the AT10x to have is the old logo beige ones. Prettier, better built and salmon Alps.

I really want to find a Dell AT103 with doubleshots. I think those would go for quite a bit more than a regular 101/102 key Dell.

Only when you are lucky. I have had 2 of the AT101 old logos, and both had (poor) bamboo black switches and lasered ABS caps.

If we're talking the JIS layout Dell AT101 model, then yeah, maybe it would go for a bit in the states. The (old logo) AT101 doubleshot model itself seems really rare but they've not gone for much on eBay. They weren't listed high to begin with though.

I've seen those as being made in Japan with no serial number or in the US with very very low serial numbers.

Oh, I thought the old logo was a solid source for salmons, based on my, obviously, statistically insignificant sample of one :). Learned something new today! Lucky I haven't tried to get more only to get disappointed...

I saw someone sell 50-55$ for NIB, so I think 40 Eur (~48$) is reasonable price.
