I am honestly not sure if I have these from a groupbuy or desoldered them from an old board. Anyway, you can have them for shipping + best offer, which can totally be 0 because they only gather dust here.

Cherry made new tools at some point and switches manufactured after are known as "retooled".
AFAIK the difference can be determined when comparing the stem:
