That is 1000HAD.
I will not be surprised if this kind of keycaps is not engraved by Cherry.

The caps in the picture are incomplete, btw - at least the Z and ; key are wrong.

That also looks wrong... It has some SAU and some SAD caps
One "control" should also be "EXT".
