Wanted: Fluke keyboard

Hi users
This is my 1st post on here as I am hoping someone can help me located the attached fluke keyboard.
There are 2 versions of this keyboard but they both share the same specials key labels: Edit, Quite, Msgs, Help, Info, Begin File, End File, scroll forward, scroll back...

Part numbers for each of the models are:
Part#: 5-64995-131
Part#: E04008051

Can you help me find these?
