[WTB] IBM F50, IBM 4680 POS

So, I've been out of the game for a bit, and I have an itch to scratch. I'm looking for the following, uncommon boards:
- IBM 4704-100 AKA F50
- IBM Alpha Numeric POS Keyboard AKA 4680 POS - wiki/IBM_Alpha_Numeric_POS_Keyboard
I actually have the POS board, but I need an M AT layout membrane, My had broken traces when I got it, and when I tried bridging them by soldering wires to it I managed to f#$% it up (I actually did this successfully for Wheelwriter System/40 keyboard before).
