[WTB] M0110A Converter, Alps SKCC switches

Hi guys, I need a converter and some Alps SKCC switches (preferably Tall Creams, but I think others should work as well, correct me if I'm wrong though) to repair my M0110A.
In total 5 switches are broken, including the single SKCC lock switch, although my hopes for finding one are low.
I'm located in Germany, so offers from EU are preferred, but hit me up anyway!
