Glad its not just me whos a bit mad, haha.
tbh its not a bad setup, i find it works quite well, although i may replace the noppoo with a filco or a gaming mechanical and put the noppoo on the secondary rig im building.

I made it from some scrap metal and wood I had at home. I'll post some more photos later if you want.

looks pretty sweet especially if it can be made for next to nothing at home, pictures/info would be awesome, even if just to see how you made it and if i end up not making my own

Yeah...that's what happens when a temporary arrangement turns into something more permanent. Luckily, I only have to deal with it on some weekends :D

€: And yeah...due to the lack of about...every possible piece of furniture, it really is that messy.

Yeah, that really improves the whole room ;)

Needs some work though, when I get the time this baby will get a bolt-mod. And maybe, it'll get my native layout one day :D

Aluminium is a fingerprint magnet :). It would be even worse if I had polished it.

Spoiler for more info.

Base is made of beech wood. Its about 200x150x25mm in size. Holes for supports were made with counterbore drill for M5 socket bolts. On bottom side I used countersink drill so bolts don't stick out.

Aluminium pipe was in bad shape when I found it but I was lucky enough that my father knows a guy at workshop and he made it a bit nicer for free :) I had all materials at home but hex socket bolts.

Total cost was 0.09€ (for hex socket bolts)

The idea is that you burn a few calories/build some fitness/stop trashing your back while you work. I've wanted one from the moment I heard about them.
