A few pics of this recent acquisition. The build quality is way above what I expected. It was made at the Honeywell facility in Mexico that they later sold to Key Tronic. Key feel is as rubber domey as you'd figure but with a nice strong tactility. I'd compare it favorably to BTC dome with slider in terms of tactility but a fair bit spongier. Not the best or worst thing to type on.

The keys look like a Model M mated with a BTC board. Hey, that sounds familiar. Honeywell made a Model M-alike rubber dome board in Mexico that was later made by Key Tronic and even later rebadged as the first Das Keyboard.

Honeywell Keyboard Division - nice.
Not just an anonymous controller from a Chinese company probably present (with some modifications) in a good half of keyboards.
