I think that's a Honeywell 122/Idea-terminal board (2, one NOS, one used):

They rubber domes? Or F&F?

Apple IIc with what looks to be Amber Alps, even though it's not the A2S4100 (Apple IIc with memory expansion)

Pretty sure they're Honeywell rubber dome: https://telcontar.net/KBK/Micro_Switch/RX

Just found a Chicony KB-5191 with Aristotle Cherry clone switches on local shopping website for 1100NTD (approximately 40USD). While I think it is an interesting find, I wonder if it is good one? I didn't found much information (video) of this switch, I wonder how does it sound and feel?

^ The seller claim it has Mitsumi switches. I asked for a photo of the switch, and it turns out to be Aristotle Cherry clones.

Yeah I think these switches can be fun projects. Chyrosran22 did a neat youtube video about them a few years ago. The switches themselves are nothing special but the stems are great for swapping into other housings such as Zealios.

No keycaps, no microcontroller, but a bunch of SD-series switches.

As far as I can make out, they are 4U5E.

U in second place is missing in the wiki ... Is that a cross mount?
The 5 means it is probably relatively heavy.
The E is confirmed by the 3 contacts on backside of the PCB.
Spoiler:
MMcM: No keycaps
Space: Am I nothing to you?

Some kind of KPT, based on layout and case.

If I find the time, I will make an entry into the Wiki for it on the weekend, or in some days.

Only problem left to solve: Make it work with my computer. It has got an RS232 interface. ICL232CPE chip on the PCB, together with an 80C31BH-3 microcontroller and 5V markings on the board (so at least I don’t have to hassle around with 12-15V), DB9 connector and the manual of the “Motortester” says also RS232. Where can I start to decode the protocol? And since it’s QWERTZ with umlauts, I don’t believe it contains only ASCII characters.

It is doubtful that the DB9 is configured like a PC serial port, because that would not give any way for the keyboard to get power. The ICL232 does strongly suggest that the protocol really is RS232 with standard voltages, though. So, first job is to find the four important signals on the cable: +5V, ground, RS232 in and RS232 out. If they aren't marked on the PCB, that should be easy with a multimeter.

It would be possible to then connect power to some supply (or USB) and ground and serial I/O to a PC and fool around with it there. But it's probably just as easy to skip ahead and program an Arduino (or Teensy or whatever) to do it. Get an RS232 to TTL level converter like a MAX3232 to interface to the MCU's UART.

Most of the time, something will show up when you start typing. Then you'll know whether it's ASCII-like or key transitions. I wouldn't rule out the former just because there are umlauts.

Thx. Just ordered a MAX232 :-)

Someone might like this: NIB BTC 5140. $30. I can vouch for the fact that the BTC dome-with-slider is pretty darn good.

P sure the "M" is rubber domes rather the DWS (I guess "membrane"?). They made both. Note the Win keys. I have one BTC board that is DWS and one that isn't.

Agree though, BTC DWS are not bad. If I were in the US I might have taken a punt and hoped for the best, but aye, I have a suspicion this is a later one that isn't DWS.

I was sure that I had seen a pic of the slider. I must have been hallucinating. Again.

Wiki: "5140" is the most confusing model number, as it relates to different layouts, eras and connectors. The 5140 number was also used for the Packard Bell 5140M (FCC ID E5XKBM104M10U), a more modern style keyboard of unknown construction but with the same reverse curve shape.

Hmm.

It is extremely possible that I am full of shit. Like I said, I'd probably take a punt to confirm, but I am on the "wrong" side of the Atlantic.

BTC 53. BTC Foam & Foil but depending on the condition they're nice. The build quality of the board itself is quite sturdy with a nice metal backplate.

My best bet would be SMK Discrete Dome or Alps Integrated Dome.
