Gah! I wanted to try for that TI keyboard! Oh well, I guess I'm doomed.
Thanks for holding off. I was able able to get it! I'll be sure and share some pics once it arrives. I swear I'm like done with buying stuff for a while. I can quit anytime I want, I swear.

Holy crap! $355 US! That's more than I paid for my APL beam spring! At least the shipping would have been super cheap - even for Canada (which is very unusual). It was only $17.25 to Canada, instead of the current shipping price of $80-100.

Well I'm glad somebody here got it, so we can see some nice photos. :)

Haha. Well I'd pay at least $355 for your APL beam spring + shipping

Also here is a collection of pictures from my research although I don't have it yet. This keyboard was spectacularly filthy before cleaning.

I still have that, although it's completely disassembled. Definitely cool if you put IBM flippers and barrels inside, but otherwise it's really not worth it.

That's just my experience though. Maybe this NOS model will be consistent and feel better. I'd like to see Chyros review that.

Alps Electric KCLBA013 green alps and uses what looks like a speaker plug to connect to the computer.

I have one of these. It's a KB-7001. I love it, but my switches are probably only 6/10 and need to be cleaned. Also, it's a bit light, but not terrible. Overall I definitely recommend it.

Needed something to store my keyboards in, so I bought a Compaq Server cabinet from a Tile shop for 100 bucks.

Apparently nearly-new Omnikey 101 for auction https://www.ebay.ca/itm/northgate-omnik ... 3914292620

Will probably sell for a decent amount but you never know, someone might get lucky with a snipe

[Vintage keyboards in Forest City PA]

Image

At least eight really nice vintage keyboards. I tried to buy them, but the fucker backed out of shipping them to me at the last minute, so I'll try and pay it forward, so to speak. All I ask is that if someone does end up picking boards up from this listing, they consider sending me a few. I'd pay shipping.

You can probably pick them up for $5 each.

Very pleasant form factor beamspring!
:o :o :o Yeah! I like these 60% keyboards... but in this case that thing would take 60% of my entire apartment to fit inside!

Ohh, a local fellow :) A bit heavy though, and at some point in the past I resolved to not pay more than 100 bucks for my beam springs

By what definition is that 60%?

It's most likely microswitch. From the keycaps and shape of spacebar.
