QMK or TMK usb2usb cable/device

I'm asking your kind advice for a usb2usb configuration with the QMK firmware.
I'm open to suggestions, I know that there are some vendors that offer interesting solutions, for example orihaloncon, or I could consider to learn to do it myself.
