Where and how to order custom plates? The way to silence...

Heya Fellas,
I got a spare KBD75 PCB (leftover of the plan to swap the contents of my SKB75 if I make errors, but the first try was gold).
The idea is to buy a KBD75 case and mod it to really really silence: Weights, dampening mat between PCB and plate, full stabs treatment, silence MX Greys, lubed, stickered, silenced space, and so on.
To gain the most of it the plate has to be fixed ISO with as less unused holes as possible. How do I achieve this? I don't know CAD, I am from germany and I need a KBD75 plate as heavy as pssoible. Help almighty DT!
