Help w/ converting an old Key Tronic board

Hey all! Looking for any help that can get me started with converting an old Key Tronic F&F terminal keyboard. It uses a very old variant of the foam and foil switches but the core concept hasn't changed. I'll be replacing all the foam and foil shortly as most of it was in pretty bad shape. I know very little about converting besides the fact that I'll need to be looking at the PCB and soldering something a ways down the road.

If anyone can help me get started that would be greatly appreciated, I think I'll catch on pretty quickly. I've been collecting old boards for about a year now but never really had the interest to convert any as none were all that interesting to me. This one, however, I really like.
