Upon buying a Model M recently I designed two 3D printable parts for it. Maybe someone else will find them useful too, so I figured I share them.
First one is a wrench I needed to open the M5.5 screws.

Second one is a replacement for the cable outlet to fit a Pro Micro for internal conversion.

Both work quite good, though the wrench should ideally printed with ABS.
PLA worked too, but opening and closing the case twice pretty much broke it already.

I designed one for the plate mount PCB model M variants a little while ago: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4663662
Cool to see one that works with the case mount PCBs, nice work!

The SDL socket has to be desoldered from the controller PCB to make room for the Pro Micro and the "holder", correct?
