IBM Model F 122-key model 6110346 with original APL key caps. Sorry, all I've got is the eBay listing photo. I had the correct PF1 at home so that has already been replaced.

I have to give a nod to HaaTa's
HP 15254A Keypad since nobody else has
The sheer ludicrousness of putting a giant solenoid that takes up like half of the volume
only for the purpose of electrically physically locking the keys! Of course the switches are really neat too, and it's mindbending on how they had to squish them in so that the layout would physically work given their size. This switch positioning can also can be seen in all of its diagonal WTF glory in the
Los Alamos keyboard here
