Very easy, but I didn't do it manually. It was all done by toggling one setting in cPanel which has recently introduced free 'AutoSSL'. This was the setting to use Let's Encrypt AutoSSL in case a paid certificates expires. Which just happened, we're one year on SSL.

Ah... Ok. It's the same as on mine, but I'd have to change servers to have that support in cpanel. :(
