Early Lineup with Rachid Houari on drums, so should be first quarter of 1971, amazing seminal impro by Didier Bad de Grass.
Just red Charles Hayward (This Heat, Camberwell Now) played in Gong??? WTF???

I never knew that this DVD existed. Thanks! I just ordered a copy.

There was a steady stream of musicians through the revolving door, especially in the later days.

As interesting as the "Gong Dreaming" books are, it is no surprise that they are sketchy on factual details ....

One of the classic dubstep producers. Distance's music is always so atmospheric with the right touch of bass.

Either this be a total rip off or homage to Devo…

I find it very quite disturbing that I should have to explain who Al Yankovic is.

Perhaps it was a blip, but 10 years ago, my daughter (now 20) and her friends were into Weird Al.
I was astonished one day when I heard her playing one of his parodies from the 1980s.

I didn't realised Devo was that famous in the US (quiet as famous as Michael Jackson then?).
I didn't get the parody here ; he is just reincarnating the stuff, and pushing it only further to a mainstream axis.
Maybe there are subtle nuances I am not aware of?
