More details later and I'll also post a full hand-wiring tutorial but anyway...
This is a whitefox you can print @ home https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2952008
The source is on onshape and freely accessible here in case you want to change the layout or anything.
Each piece is less than 20cm, so it can be easily printed on any consumer grade printer. I shot a short video with some details if you are interested.
Print time of the whole thing at a decent resolution is about 12 hours. If you are interested in hand wiring but a little intimidated I'm writing a series of tutorials about it.

the case is slightly different to make it easier to 3d print and more sturdy (because of plastic instead of aluminum)

they are indeed!green-squid wrote: ↑Looking good! These are the caps you designed, right?
the case is for hand wired keyboards only.chuckdee wrote: ↑Does it work with any of the whitefox pcbs that are out there (I:Cs or MDs)?
Also, what infill and thickness do you recommend?
I printed with 6 top/bottom layers and 5 side-walls. That gives a lot of stability, but you can go away with 4 top/bottom layers and 4 side/walls, I wouldn't go lower than that. Infill 25%.
In the mean time I posted a video about hand wiring

Soon to come a full (written) tutorial.

This keyboard would be a lot sturdier if you add several posts in the middle which touch the bottom to prevent the top from bending.

I can see that it is bending in your handwire video.
