Texas Instrument Low profile keyboard

Hello everyone!

I`ve found this keyboard in the back of my grandmother`s house. It`s mechanical and I discovered that it has brown alps switches, but typically Alps are rectangular while in this one are squared! I posted on r/mechanicalkeyboard because my adapter didn't work and u/dr_derivative he said that my keyboard is extremely rare. I wanted to modify it with a USB for using it as my daily driver, but now that I know how rare it is I'm NOT going to. I'm writing here because I want to know more about this keyboard. I've found that I have the computer who used this keyboard in PROBABLY working condition that this keyboard used and I'll try to boot it up to find more information about it.

JP! (jp-u13249) AFAIK is the only other person who has one. Quite rare indeed, take care of it.

Found in Italy? Now that's just weird. If these were prototype Alps, then there shouldn't be many in circulation, which would predispose these to a limited area. However, if one was found in the US and another in Italy, then surely there were enough to be sent around the world. So the question is, where are all of the rest?

The switches likely were made just for this keyboard / TI Business Pro system. I didn't even find anyone on vfced who had one of these systems, although one member remembers using one years ago. Also there is at least a third possible keyboard as Haata seen one sell on eBay ages ago but didn't buy it

I also have one of these! I lucked out at a local recycling center in Mikkeli, Finland last year and found this buried in a banana box under cheapo keyboards.
