That depends greatly on the part number. I am by no means an expert in this area so others should mention any notable ones that I miss, but here they are from least to most rare. All my estimates assume the unit is in pretty good condition:

Black Oval Badge Models (1394946, 1394950): ~$150-200
1394946 is probably the most common Industrial Model M variant out there, so it is naturally going to be the cheapest. 1394950 is a bit less common to my knowledge but they came out later (generally less desirable for a Model M) and don't have an embossed badge, so I'd say that puts it on the same tier as 1394946. There was a 1394946 that sold for just under $200 shipped two months ago, and I myself nabbed a 1394950 for $170 shipped (just a few dollars above the next lowest bidder) just a few days ago, so I feel the most confident about this particular price estimate.

1390653: ~$250-$300
These are the the most common square badge industrial, but the badges can be silver or black. According to some older posts on these forums the silver badge versions of these are actually rarer. I am a bit less confident about this price estimate, but the most recent one I saw sold for around $275 shipped (but still not very recent). They generally don't turn up for sale that often, but I have been looking for one of these for a little while now.

1388032: ~$500-600+ ???
Probably among the rarest Industrial variants out there, these are also some of the first Model M keyboards ever made (dubbed 0th generation in Chyros's Model M video). As such they command a considerable premium over just about every other full-sized Industrial (Industrial SSK's can go for $1000+). There was another closely related and rarer variant (1388081) that has a silver badge, which Ellipse is currently selling for $800.

Hope that helps, I would also be interested if anyone here has some more recent sales data for the square badge industrial variants that I haven't seen.

Based on the shop date of the steel plate, I think the internal assembly is not original.

Good condition AT101W, Matias Click switches, restored and painted backplate, new Tai-Hao doubleshot keycaps (if the spacebar works with the Matias stabs).

Wyse WY-30, retrobrighted, restored and painted backplate, converted to USB (external converter) new RJ-9 cable, retooled BOX Navy and/or Jade switches, (the F1 keycap is missing and would be replaced with a blank, relegendable, or transparent keycap)

Hello good folks!

I recently came into possession of a set of OG Cherry PBT Dyesubs. Would anyone around here know what the set would be worth? They are in German ISO Layout.

about 50€

Really? I thought they'd be worth more than the ABS Doubleshots. Well, then I'll probably keep and use them.

Wow, prices outside of Europe are apparently really low, as Doubleshots go for around 60€ on German Ebay.

What is a used IBM LPFK rubber dome keyboard worth these days? I bought one years ago and ended up never doing anything with it...

I live in Europe :P

eBay is a place meant to have high prices, in the community, most things will be cheaper

Those are sometimes weird exceptions where we have no clue why people buy them. "SAD" dyesub caps go pretty consistently for around 45-50€ shipped on ebay if the alignment is fine. I haven't seen auctions going for more in a long time but of course I don't watch all of them

I have a DataHand (Personal A8000000 PS/2 model) that I bought new ~10 years ago with the LapLander mount (both in essentially unused condition) and all the original printed material that came with them. After mentioning on another forum that I had these, I was generally chastised for not using it or selling to somebody who might have greater need or appreciation for it and pointed to here for finding the best way to potentially sell it.

What general price range should I be targeting for something like this?

Those things are really rare these days and a very unique keyboard. I'd say att least 1500$, in this condition maybe more. Here is one in decent condition that went on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/283169141451

Hello everyone!
I have an old Goupil/Cherry keyboard. Label said the it is G81-1236 produced in 1989, and it looks like this one: wiki/Cherry_G81-1236 (but mine has a indicator lights labels). Seems to be in good condition, and letters on keycaps shows no signs of wear. I tried to use it, but it is obviously not the keyboard of my dream. So I'm thinking to sell it aaaaand here is the question: how much is it worth? Thank you!

wait nvm, I thought it was NIB for some reason (because a NIB one is higher up in this thread), it should be worth around 150usd so like 130€

I nabbed a 1394950 industrial model m for $130 recently and it will be my 6th bolt mod. I'm planning to swap the steel plate it comes with with a rainbow finished plate I have from an older model m. Will any buyers care you think and what do you think I should price it?

I wouldn't recommend swapping out the plate--part of the appeal to a collector is having it in original condition. Personally I wouldn't even bolt/screw mod, unless there is excessive flex or portions of the keyboard with inconsistent actuation.

My experience is that buyers want everything original and that bolt-modding does not increase the price very much.

On the other hand, if this is for your personal use, do what you think will make the best possible functional end result.

I love you guys preventing me from working too hard, thank you xD. I think I'll just give it a good clean and see how it feels and post it for sale. I have like 7 model M's I still need to get rid of.

Is there still any interest in Aristotles, or has the hype moved elsewhere? I have about 100 Aristotle stems (a) harvested, (b) in a nasty vintage keyboard.
