Any data about 1393990 Model M Keyboard ???

I have looked every where, nothing about 1393990 Model M
NOT A SINGLE WORD

According to this site that sells dust covers, it seems to be an ANSI Model M — it's described as "2 double vertical and 1 regular key on last vertical row on right of num pad; deep dished; for 102 key board, see 51IBM15, for Spanish board, see 51IBM25". Compare that to the description of the 1392525 (a well-known terminal model): "Used with PS/2; last vertical row to right of num pad has 3 reg keys, 1 vertical key; for 101 key board, see 50IBM 16 (LC49)".

- with or without leds ?
- production year ?

According to this IBM page http://www-01.ibm.com/common/ssi/ShowDo ... _locale=en 1393990 is the BOX number, with the keyboard being 1392090. It was shipped with an IBM 8580 Personal Computer (80386 at 20 or 25 MHz), and a separate 9 foot long SDL to PS/2 cable.
