So this is what I ended up ordering for my Truly Ergonomic. I would appreciate any help with my selections. Can anyone comment on the cursors or other picks? I chose the Row 4 kit because the cursors and pgup/pgdn/home/end are all at the bottom on my keyboard. Another option was the |\ key is on row 2.
I got two sets of modifiers, 1 and 2 units, to see if I can use any of them in the "special" middle row. Maybe with some modding. I've got a dremel and I'm not afraid to use it.
Also, I'm thinking of getting a full TKL instead of just Alpha, in case I want to use them on a more standard keyboard. It'll be an extra $18 or whatever. But I'm not sure what other keyboards would be fully compatible with those modifier keys.

Looking through the hit list, the only one I want is NUMERIC/BLACK, but only once I can afford the other $200 of more important stuff. The Bepo and Colemak users have my sympathy, it's no fun getting the short stick. (But not the Dvorak guy…)

The normal ALPHA kit costs 32 EUR and the BEPOALPHA 39 EUR, if at least 8 are ordred. But only those 3?
