All right, what about a black FUN (or FN) key? I can't find a single unit in any of the kits.

It would fit just perfectly in HONEY/FUNMOD/BLACK. Then I can have black keys for every one of these blues:

A black R1 ESC would be highly nifty as well…

Exactly! I'm up to a bunch of stuff with the red scheme, too. But grey and black sphericals are pure beamspring and I'm going straight for it.

Keep an eye out for people selling their caps. I missed Round 4 too, but snatched an opportunity to buy a set. Now I'm hopelessly addicted to SA. Um, in a good way!

Yeah I bought mine off a member here but I'm wondering if these keys shine or not. Are you using the R4 daily, Murium?

They're ABS, so they will shine. I've put a hundred hours or so on them and nothing obvious so far, but eventually shine is inevitable unless you keep your caps in a bag. PBT is the tougher option, but no doubleshots there (well…) so no white on dark Honeywell legends.

Ah damn it! I too want this IBM look! I know it's a lot of handwork matching all these keys but if you don't mind sharing the kit that would make up that black modifier, I'd be grateful, Murium.

I think I need to sell my car off for these Key-sets.

Anyway I'll see before long how much exactly I owe on these babies. Mind you this has to be the last key-set for me for this year, because my key-cap buying days are now over.

- Give up your flat and rent a warehouse.
- Sell your car, the keyboard stuff is delivered directly into your warehouse anyway.

I'm not buying in any other GBs (only enough $BANK for this one). So gimme a cookie in the form of that single unit black FUN key I was on about at the top of the page, bitte sehr!

I was reviewing my order and I just wanted to congratulate with 7bit, the HONEY/TENKLESS kit is almost perfect. It just misses a couple of keys that are available anyway on other kits. Really a great job, it will be a mess to sort... well anyway, sorting is 2 years from now, so no worries >:)

edit: oh HONEY/RETURN175 should be in HONEY/MODIFIEREXTRA

what are you trying to do Muirium? (I mean do you have a mockup of the final design?)

Re the multiple TKLs: you nailed it Belfong. If you don't know what they are for, you don't need them.

Excellent work 7bit! That kit is right at the heart of my order now.

Matt, I'm trying to be quite cunning. You're right about HONEY/TENKLESS being the foundation. My idea is to have my current 60% covered, while preparing the way for a custom TKL; which may have a smaller space bar. And making sure I can handle any standard 1.25 unit TKL I pick up too, with Apple labelled mods.

Oh, in red, black and standard white/grey versions! While trying not to go any more nuts than that. It sounds a lot, but I'm trying to play Tetris with the components so it's optimal.

I'll post my full list with descriptions once I'm done.
