Well... It isn't like you can blame Daniel for not knowing about something that no longer exists. He certainly called out a perceived absence of proof. That said, expecting anything from him other than rigorous skepticism and assumptions of lacking documentation would be rather silly.

Very few people document things at all, let alone to his standards, so it's no surprise that Daniel replied in that manner.
