All springs were lubed with machine oil:

Super easy and quick way to put the space flipper in. Hold it in place and then lower the pcb on the chopstick. PCB will then press chopstick and that prevents the flipper against jumping out. Voila!:

Plugged and running. Although I am horribly not used to the layout, the feel is goddamn fine. This is written on this very keyboard and I am more than happy to see it working straight away. ASERAWEJFNAWEF!

Nice work it looks great.

You are lucky your cable was in perfect condition as my one was badly severed and needed re splicing and then soldering and because of this my keyboard no longer has the rubber strain relief unfortunately.
