Funny thing is, it's always the sellers with low volume, say up to 300 rep points, that are demanding, make up obscure rules, rant about paypal being stupid or act on a random basis.
Typical german auction claim "no lattest prise" inquiries, aimed at the standard (semi-german) sentence of immigrants doing car business in Germany. Highly exaggerated in all kinds of stuff you'll likely never hear that sentence anyhow, unprofessional -just being rude to convey the impression of professionalism.
Now true sellers just stay calm, issues will ressolve somehow, true fallout rate is low anyhow. There is nothing wrong with someone offering a seemingly ridiculous low amount of cash, you can say no at any time...
