I think I remember the VDS logo but not in the keyboard context.

I came across this one the other day too. Great little board made for Victor Data Systems ( ビクター・データ・システムズ ). Victor Data Systems seems to be gone now. VDS was founded in 1973 by Victor Company of Japan, otherwise known as JVC.
