I think the Teensy is too small, so I made it a big enclosure:

Why so big?

I found the ps2 panel mount in an old AT computer I had thrown out; the LED came from an old computer case project; they enclosure from an even older casemod project which I never finished. Finally I found a use for some old stuff haha

Hmm wasn't one of the teensy's purpose to be small ?? Well at least it won't be now to light to move every time on the desk

I don't know how your desk setup is but wouldn't it be better if you made the output on the other side ??
Btw.: where did you get your teensy from ?

My desk setup is so crap it makes my arms hurt haha. When I get the keyboards I'm waiting for in the mail I can finally remove all the keycaps from my other desk and move the computer there.
I already had that enclosure, so I decided to use it instead of ordering new ones. I already bought one which was too small for the ps2 plug. Regarding the I/O placement, I originally planned to expose the Teensy's usb port directly by mounting it near the wall with velcro, however, it wasn't stable enough (I couldn't even insert the cable without holding it with my hands) so I had to use the usb panel mount instead. Since I already had a hole I had to put it there. Now why usb and ps2 are on the same side is because the enclosure is so big, I thought it would be possible to use it for multiple projects!

Right with that space you could do a main input station on you Desk !
Maybe you could build in a Usb & Audio switch. I have one of these to change my Usb devices between my PC and my Laptop :
Ednet USB 2.0 Switch 4 Port
Kvm's are overpriced

Audio is a good idea! Would be nice to have something more reliable than the ports which are one the front of my pc case.
Here is a photo with the first enclosure I bought on top. It's perfect for the Teensy alone, but too small for the ps2 input.

What sort of keyboard are you adapting with it?

I got this Teensy to use with the Poker, but untill I'm getting it I'm using it with Das Keyboard II (with a Tipro 32 key module) and Siig Minitouch. The only problems so far is that print screen and pause/break on the Minitouch doesn't work, and the Tipro is too fast for the Teensy/it's code, so I have to add lots of delays for key combinations to work.
