What is the meaning of this novelty cap?

A friend and DT member got some 7bit's assorted packs of DCS/DSA keys for a raffle among the Spaniard folks ...

... and we are really intrigued about the meaning of the key you can see below inside the red circle:

Anyone knows the meaning of the symbol or at least the keyset it may come from?

I though about Braille, but it does not fit because number and distribution of dots. It also reminded me those binary clocks you can see here and there (is it codifying 3 bits numbers? horizontally? vertically?)

Please, shade some light on this mystery! :-)

Thanks a lot! I was familiar with the concept of "game of life", but I was not aware about the details like this.

its not a floater, its a glider, The smallest "moving" creature in Conway's Game of Life, the most popular cellular automata.
