This was posted on reddit. I know....
Basically, he dyed some buckling spring caps in the normal fashion and then laser etched legends to get white on color caps.

Have you seen DecentKeyboards' light on dark dyesubs? He does it by careful masking.

It would be really great if it were possible to get these key caps as RGB modifiers, like the WordPerfect ones which were unfortunately pad-printed, AFAIK.
