Rubberdome. Not worth anything. I believe that these were made in Lenovo's factories before IBM sold their laptop, PC and Server division to Lenovo.
I had one of these for a week when I joined IBM almost 7 years ago. The one thing I remember clearly about it is that typing on it was inconsistent, some keys were harder to press than others. But this might be because it was pretty beat up and old at that time.

Its slightly better than the lenovo version....



But not by much. And the lenovo version is one of the worst rubber domes i have ever used.

A colleague has one of those Lenovo's. A touchscreen would be a significant improvement in keyfeel.
