Dell Bigfoot clone with Asian 101 layout. Switches LOOK like Alps SKCM blue or possibly the type 3 clones.

Another case where there isn't much to be found. I can tell you that those switches are either Alps SKCM or clones.

Thanks both for the quick replies.
The person says they are light blueish but on the picture they look more like a clone to me.
Guess i'll take one for the team and make an offer.

Also since its made in Taiwan, isnt it more likely to be a clone?

Yes that's right that blue looks lighter and bluer than on real Alps, no I don't think since its made in Taiwan it's more likely to be a clone, more the fact that the keyboard itself is a Dell AT clone which I cannot tell 100% from these pictures.

The colour is blue Alps is generally quite desaturated and greyish, but cameras tend to capture this really badly. Regardless, it's very easy to distinguish if you've got the board at hand :) .

Sadly i dont have it, and the seller lives on the other side of the country.

Don't pay too much for it jellybelly, I'm not really sure what it's worth.

Unfortunately that's quite common not being able to find out anything, there were quite a few companies that specialized in clones of other computer products, quite a few are quite obscure. Reminds me of much stuff is still out there that we have never even seen.

Looks like a rebrand of the OEMMAX MCK-101, which also has a big foot style case and that distinctive 4 LED set of indicators.

The early models of this board did certainly have genuine Alps SKCM Blue switches, but later models had SKCM White.

That said, I can't speak for this rebrand. It might be totally different there. I'm with Chyros. It could be legit or have clone switches.
