Looking for advice on Poker and Taobao :)

Hey guys, first post here. I have been doing a bit of research lately deciding which mech kb do I want for my first. Would just like to ask for some help. I am looking for a very small compact kb. So it has to be a tenkeyless.
At the moment, I am really liking the KBC Poker with MX reds and PBT caps.
If you could list any other keyboards with a similar layout to the Poker with a similar price please do (except noppoo choc mini)
I am also wondering about the PBT caps that come with the Poker, are they engraved and then infilled? Or are they pad printed? I have heard differing answers.

I am in saving mode at the moment so I am trying to find the best deal. I have seen these on Taobao and they seem to be the cheapest place to get them, problem is I live in New Zealand and don't speak Mandarin. I also have no means of paying for the item because I have been told you need to setup an account with the Bank of China. I might use a Taobao agent because I also need a pair of headphones and they could combine shipping.
Would like to say sorry in advance for the jumbled post, I am not feeling so well and it is late so I am having a hard time thinking.

How much would it cost roughly shipped to New Zealand?
I have been waiting to purchase one for about 2-3 months now so I am not sure if I can wait much longer :P

Ah now it makes sense. Have you or any other deskthority member had experience purchasing from Taobao? I really would like to but I am not sure where to start.
