Ibm model A?

ran into this thing recently:

The seller claims its mechanical, but it sure doesn't look like any ibm keyboard i know of, so what is it exactly?

It's not an "M" like the seller claims and neither is it mechanical but rather a rubberdome. At least it looks a lot like the IBM KB-8923 so I'd guess this is the Swedish version.

Yea, i had a feeling he was pulling peoples legs (and they seem to be falling for it to), just wanted to check if i was the one missing something here.

It might not neccessarily be intentional as I saw a guy on Swedish forum Sweclockers the other week who brought up one of those as an example of an obnoxiously loud keyboard when beam springs were discussed.

I found a closed listing with missing images on eBay, for the same type of keyboard, also NIB, but manufactured in 2002 according to the label.
