Which lube to use for Alps stabilizers?

Hi guys,

I have a couple NOS Alps boards. A Northgate Omnikey Plus with White Alps and a SIIG MiniTouch with SMK Blue Montereys (I know, these are not really Alps). Thing is... even though the key feel is freaking awesome, the stabilized keys such as Backspace, Shifts, BAS Enter and especially the spacebar are obnoxiously loud and rattly. I like my keyboards loud, but not this kind of loud. :D

So, I decided to go after some lube to apply to the stabilizers and hopefully eliminate or minimize the rattling.

I came across a couple options: Which one of them would you guys recommend me getting?

Thanks!

I'm not a expert.... but I remeber some talk about dry teflon lube.... maybe do a search for "teflon" and see what you can make of it?
