PCB inscriptions offer a lot of interesting clues, but they also contain a lot of more generic information that's hard to follow.
CPC-77 94V-0:

"94V-0" means UL 94 V-0: "burning stops within 10 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of particles allowed as long as they are not inflamed."
What is CPC-77 though?
TW-98 94V-0:

94V-0 again, but now we have "TW-98" too. 98 cannot be the year as that's a 1990 Zenith keyboard.
TW-83 94V-0:

Now it's TW-83 instead of TW-98.
CPC-10 94V-0:

Still on 94V-0, but now CPC is on 10 instead of 77.
02HB:

UL 94 has an HB ("slow burning on a horizontal specimen; burning rate < 76 mm/min for thickness < 3 mm or burning stops before 100 mm") but where did the 02 come from?
Finally:
MEC-40V-0:

Anyone know anything about these or any of the other PCB codes?
