Hi Deskthority,
I'm used to typing on a filco majestouch tenkeyless with cherry mx blues. I'm going to be working in an open office though and my boss asked me to pick up something a little more quiet. I got this huge, 63 key, key tester and figured out the keys I like most are :
Kailh Box Jade (which is more noisy this is a no go accept maybe for home)
Zealio 62G (which has an excellent amount of bump but very little noise)

So with the following criteria:
Zealio 62G switches
RGB lights (not strictly required)
USB
Rugged, sturdy, mostly flat, case

What can I do? Do I need to buy kits or do I have a chance finding a really well built replacement for my filco?

If I do build my own what parts can I get to make sure I still have a really flat, sturdy, durable keyboard with the switches above and possibly leds.

Don't think there's a prebuilt board which has Zealio. Either build it yourself by buying the switches, plate, pcb, keycaps, case and a soldering iron or buy those boards that are hotswappble like GMMK, Massdrop's CTRL which lets you just plug the switch w/o any soldering.

If you don't mind soldering just swap out the switches in your filco, they are a good solid board.
