That's pretty sweet looking. It looks like this unit absorbed a Model M.

Board Carrier, as this thing seems to carry a keyboard within itself.

Scratch that, this is the keyborg. Look at how it's assimilated and made part of itself differing kinds of keys (including a whole keyboard), buttons, switches and knobs.

This thing looks incredible too. If it were a buck or two cheaper...

Someone should buy this and document it for keyboard science!

Apparently, it was used as a controller for particle beams.
