you could also dump the original controller altogether and get a USB replacement controller instead, jfyi

What type of connector does your M-122 have? If it's DIN then it must be 240° DIN, like this:

I have a converter with the corresponding socket:

I've made it for my M-122, but will no be able to fix it's membrane in nearest month or two, so I don't need this converter right now.
