I am searching for a Matrix to Keyboard Layout Mapping for an IBM Model M Terminal Version (122 keys). I found one for the standard version, but the additional keys on the left and top would interest me. Is there something like that out there (google did not help me on this one)

Sorry, what are you exactly trying to do? Do you mean a layout for firmware?

Here it is. This keymap contains all of the keypads on M122 membrane.
