An "Industrial Model M".
1388032.
A little bit higher price than a regular Model M, because of the rarer colour scheme and the black badge.
One recently sold on eBay for $305. Two industrial with round badges sold BIN on US eBay for $175 each.
By all means, do clean them before you sell them. However, to do that you would need to disassemble and you'd need the correct hex socket for the bolts.

The black square labels were the original PC-compatible Model M, and were sold with an industrial version of the PC/AT.
