Are there any comparisons between the darker colorway of Cherry keycaps native to NCR’s G81-3077 and co. and that of Goupil? In some images they look almost identical, in others not so much. Has anyone had both and can testify?

They do differ.

Here's a (bad) photo of both keyboards:
and a (bad) photo of Goupil F caps on top of NCR caps:
Put simply, Goupil caps are darker and have somewhat lighter legends than NCR caps.
The difference is visible enough to make mixing caps from both sets impossible.
