Cherry domes? (G86-62401EUAISA)

I found this keyboard at a thrift store. It says HP on the front, but the back label says "Cherry" so I assumed I had scored a mechanical keyboard. (silly me)
It doesn't seem to have switches. It looks like a dome under there? Anyone knows what kind of keyboard it is? I don't want to disassemble it, my eyesight is not what it used to be.
Tested and it works. The touchpad works too.
