So I wanted to have the rough keycap texture on my Beamspring (since they're pretty worn out), so I plan on using the MT3 /dev/tty keycaps on it with the 3D printed MX mount slider (Thanks darkcruix

), and while waiting for the MX mount to be 3D printed, I tried to mount one of the SKCC keycaps on the beamspring, and to my surprise they fit perfectly!
Of course the beamspring keycaps is high profile so only the one from my Hitachi Basic Master board worked, and I do like how it looks

Perfect fit. I would even go as far as to say it fits better than the original keycaps (since the original one is a bit lose vertically I believe)
Fitting it back to the original SKCC switch still takes the same effort as before.
Fitting the keycap
How each keycap sounds

Jesus fucking Christ, IT WORKS!!! The profile is a bit weird, but is definitely more tight. I'm testing it with SKFF keycaps which are about the same. The thinner keycaps actualy improve the sound.

Ya know, I've got a really nice looking set of SKCC keycaps from a Canon typewriter. And here I was hoping it had SKCLs instead haha.
